I tried this chicken dish and it came out really well and so sharing it here. The chicken breasts are marinated for 1 – 2 hrs in orange juice, parsley, coriander leaves, lemon juice, tomato juice, green chilli and light cream. Then these are steamed and thereafter tossed with little butter in a pan. The marinated juices are blended with a little alcohol to create the gravy.
Apple juice can also be used instead as a topping sauce over the prepared chicken. The colour of the recipe would be creamy orange with a reddish tint towards the boundary. If one uses apple juice, then orange can be avoided.
The reddish and orange coloured chicken breasts can then be served with roti, parantha or garlic bread thus creating a fusion of Indian and Spanish style. Try this at home and let us know how it goes!
